Using cream yarn, create a "loop stitch" collar around neck:
Ch 30, join to form ring.

Rnd 2-4: *sc, loop st* around (30 loops)
Loop stitch: Insert hook, wrap yarn around finger 2x, pull through, complete sc.
Sew mane around neck, fluffing loops outward.
TAIL (Brown with Cream tip)
With BROWN:
Rnd 1: 6 sc in MR (6)
Rnd 2: inc around (12)
Rnd 3: [sc, inc] x6 (18)
Rnd 4-8: sc around (18) - 5 rounds
Change to CREAM:
Rnd 9-12: sc around (18) - 4 rounds

Stuff lightly. Sew fluffy tip.

Eevee Tips
- The mane is key - make it fluffy!
- Brush out the loop stitches with a pet brush for extra fluff
- Embroider a small triangle nose in black
- Add a tiny curved smile below the nose
- Ears should point slightly outward and up
